Hello my beebles....

well, today is graduation day for the University, we've got over 300 graduates and i wish them all the best for the future. now, as for me, i am singing in the graduation ceremony this afternoon. i'm a soloist for the USP anthem, i used to hate singing this song but after Igelese changed it and made it more funky, it's become one of my favourites. he's got an amazing talent that man, i'm just amazed at the way he can take an ordinary song and make it sound extraordinary. the choir is absolutely amazing.

i'm a bit tired from last night, i watched happy feet late last night... OH BUT WAIT! i am sooo happy today coz yesterday i was able to get my hair braided (and real nice too) by Luisa and i'm just lvin' it. i've always wanted to get my hair braided like this. i'm over the moon about it. my excitement was so strong, that i couldn't sleep last night coz i was busy thinking of how good i look (VANITY!!!)

it's a new week and the semester has begun yet again. mid-semester was a welcome break from the hectic schedule (vaya hectic...damn it was sooo busy) but then that's life.lolz.

i'mm just taking time out of my dAY TO do what i do best.blog.lolz. i'm about to go to youtube and watch the latest episodes in my fav anime's (bleach, naruto, etc)

i was planning on writing something really long and shit but i can't, i've lost all train of thought, so i'm gonna just leave it here.

Mid-semester Break - it's Friday

well, it's friday and i must say this must be the most exciting mid-semester break i have ever had... from Monday till today, i've been with the Malaga crew at the Malaga room and it's been a blast!!!

the main highlight of my week has to be when Macy came down from Nadi to spend a few days with us. we had sooo much fun, chatting and laughing. We grogged at Wati's house (5 bloomin kg's!!!) and we washed down with 2 bottles of Bounty Rum.... it was absolutely delicious. he's gone back to nadi but he'll be back next week wednesday with more bottles of rum and one bottle (or two) of vodka for me.yay!!!

right now, i'm in the malaga room with the malaga crew and it's been absolutly fun just doin nothing but hanging around and doin nothin. well most of us are studying (besides the smoke breaks) and the rest of us are just taking turns surfing the web on Engara's wireless connection. i'm loving it.

i'll leave this off here for now coz i'm hungry and Nemani just came in with some food. BYE!!!

Mid-semester Break - it's monday

well, talk about long tym no blog....gosh! i can't believe that i haven't put anything in here in such a while. i almost can't remember what i'm supposed to be blogging about...lolz

anywayz, it's mid-semester break and well, it's goin pretty well for like the first time in a long tym. i started the day with a performance at the Holiday Inn for a UNAIDS workshop. They got the Ohana dancers to perform 4 items and we did pretty well for our first time out. we did a hawaiian song (He Mele No Lilo) and then Engara did a Cook Island Hura, then we did a Tokelauan contemporary piece (Olaga Kehe) and finished with Ana's Samoan Siva (O le Taulunga). Now if you're wondering the words in the brackets are the names of the songs...anywho

we had the dance thingy this morning and then we came down to school and "studied" in the Malaga room. actually, as i am typing this now, we're still here. I'm using Engara's wireless connection to do this online. I'm not blogging frm home like i used to. lolz. we've got 3 laptops out (1 with internet connection and 2 without). Oh actually we've another laptop out but it's for playing music.

i'm not entirely sure when we're gonna leave but i just wanted to take the time to blog coz i know that i will never find the time to do this later...well, maybe if i actually had the time...lolz.

so now, that i have satisfied my need to blog, you can look me up at a later time for some more updates.
